Can anyone tell me if exists a Bapi for migartion of a Ibase structure in SAP CRM 4.0?

Use idocs, it's a lot easier: idoctype CRMXIF_IBASE_SAVE01.

If necessary, you can also use function CRMXIF_IBASE_SAVE.
