Hi,

You can use Item Proposal.....VA51.

Here you maintain the List of Materials and quantity.....and assign this number to Customer.Once your are going to create Sales order......In menu select the Itemproposal for this Customer ..system will one pop-up WIth Qty /W/o Qty.

COpy the mateiral into Sales order.
