HI,

In quotation level how system determine Lead time production,despatch confirmation date etc.Please give me the solution for this how to configure & get the report in sap .

You will have to carry out Availability check From Quotation Document.

1. You Need to create Requirement Class "New entries" and activate indicators accordinlgy (Activate Avalaiablitiy check and transfer of requirements)

2. Create New Requirement Type and assign Requirement Class to reruirement type

3. Determination of Requirement types using transactions. (Assign the requirement type to the quotation item category)

4. Define procedure for each schedule line category (Activate Avaialbility check and transfer of requirements to your schedule line category)

5. In VOV8 for the quotation document mainatain lead time in days which will be taken under consideration.

6. In you material master in MRP2 view mainatain GR processing time, Inhouse production has to be maintained here.

It depends on your material master MRP2 view where you would have maintained "In-house Production" and "GR Processing Time". Of course, it also depends on the field "Lead time in days" that you would maintain in VOV8 and OVLZ

You have to maintain availability check for quotation.

You have to assign requirement type to quotation item category and mrp type combination

Determination of requirement type using transaction

Than you also check the following:

Define procedure for each schedule category.

Here u checked all for quotation schedule line.

define procedure for each scheduline category

Also go to VOV6 and select quotation schedule line and activate availability check and transfer of requirement.

Hi Poplu

Fo your requirement go to VOV8 and select your document Type(quotation).

In this doc type under requested delivery date header you can do the settings

as per your requirement.
