Hi,
When entering Valid FROM and VALID TO date,I am entering today's date, but still showing an error: "08/04/2009 is in the past"
How to resolve that.
Please help.

Check your Valid From and Valid to date ranges inside the item proposal through Tcode VA52 and change it accordingly.
After Changing reexecute the order using item proposal.

Possible cause:
- Program might check validation if the item validity date is today's date
- You might have created order end of day time zone
- Check you system data, time and time zone.
Let me know if the problem persist again.

check your system date
by clicking on the right side bottom of the screen you will be seeing the time double click on that and change the date if it is different

My system date is 08/04/2009 (Pacific time) only.
