printer drivers updatation on SAP Database

Hai, Good Morning,

We had installed SAP GUI 710rv.7 on Open Suse- 11.0. without errors. We are trying to configure the printer Canon IR 2230 and Canon IR 3225 on SAP database. But we are unable to add those printers on SAP database. How to update the printer drivers on SAP database.

Now we are using the Linux Print Server. We try to migrate all client systems from windows to Linux.

I am facing problem with Linux client and Linux prinet server. Pls give the reply.

"Usually" it's not necessary to add OS printer drivers, this is handled by the SAP system. You just print "raw" to the printers.

I would not use frontend printing if avoidable but connect the printer to the network and configure the printer in SAP.
