I am getting this problem while saving the order. can u pls let me know @ what point of time we get this error. how to avoid this for furthe processing of sales order ?

This error may due to various reasons ,these can be found by Sm13 just double click on updated error ,there u will get error details ,analyze and resolve the error with the help of abapers

Go to VOV8, select your order type and see what numeric value is assigned for the field "No.range int.assgt". Next go to VN01 and see whether the number range is not exhausted against this value. The error you faced could be due to this.

Can you elaborate when did you get this error message? Sometime system trying to update data's in relevant table which is used by other program.
Send us detail we can investigate on this issue.

Add on to earlier mail:
- Go to SM13
- select the RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE
- Press ctrlshiftF6 then you will see the update data tables
- Select the tables and check the log details
- Then you will be able to understand the reason for IUR (interupted update report) generated in this
sales order transaction

Tell your basis consultant to chack wheather the logical system assigned in correct.
