SRM 7.0 and SAP R/3 4.6C

Is it possible to install SRM 7.0 with SAP R/3 4.6C?

I think its possible, But to suppor the full functionality of SRM 7.0 Need to have ECC 6.0 Enhancement Pack 4

SRM 7.0 will still integrate with supported ERP releases. However, SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 Ehp 4 leverage eSOA to integrate processes across SRM and MM, such as the Complex Service Scenario, Central Contract Management, and the Integrated Sourcing Scenario. For instance these scenarios would not be available in lower ERP releases.
