Displaying Partial Data in WebI Xi3

After objects are entered into result object panel, i hit run query to take a look at my data. however, i don't want to see ALL data return. I want to see partial data run...how do you perform partial data function in Xi3?

Hi

Click on the Properties tab when Editing the Query and click the Max rows retreived checkbox and enter in the box the sample number of rows you want.

Open your universe on which this WEBI report is created and

Click on Universe Parameters and Control TAB and

in Query Limits

either uncheck this or increase the number (Ideally it should be unchecked)

Limit size of result set to:

[Former Member]

do the reverse of this if you want limit the records
