CCMS Availability Monitoring Error

Hi,

I have configured the CCMs Avaliability Monitoring

*The CCMSPING agent is running in the CEN System

*I could see the monitoring System in section Technical Infrastructure- Availability Monitoring Configure CCMS PING Availability Monitoring

*CCMSPING Test for Monitoring System is successfull

But still , when i login to RZ20 of CEN system and go to Availabiity Section , I see that Availability for monitoring System is 0%

Restarted the system resolved the issue

Hi, Did you register the CCMSPING agent with -push option? else deregister and reregister with ccmsping [-push] [-n<instance number>] -R command.

-R is for registering the CCMSPING agent.

-R is the must for registration of ccmsping ! then how did you register ccmsping and how did ccmping test got successful ? and in which system you installed ccmsping agent, CEN or remote system ?

I used the command

/usr/sap/CCMS/ccmsping -R -push -n00

I got a doubt when i saw -R at the last

Have you added the system to be monitored in rz21,then you will be able to see that in rz20

I have added the sytem and i am able to see in Rz20 of CEN System also but availability is showing as 0% and the system is up and running

have you checked the RFC in SM59 for CCMS,is it working fine
