We have a number of CRM specs floating around the office for developers to pick up. One of these I would like to complete myself, if I can.
The requirement says that a new field needs to be assigned/added to the custom fields Tab for transaction ZXXX (Recommendations) as well as the following Categories and sub-Catergories, and a large list of categories and sub-catergories are then shown.
We're on CRM 2007 and I would like to know what you believe is involved in completing this, especially the bit in bold, which is the part that is currently confusing me.
Your help would be very much appreciated.
