When we excute the report,the output should be sent as a Email dody to external mail.Can anyone suggest hw we can proceed.

you can find the Email logic for sending the data in email body as HTML and excel as attachment.

Because of formatting issues in sending the text data as table you can use the HTML foramt.

How we maintain receiver email ids in sap

Hi,

Create a Z table and give a Table Maintenance Generator so that the user will be able to enter the email Ids . Make sure you also add one field which is the 'Specification of the recipient type' which is of the data type SO_ESCAPE.

This will specify the type of recipient which would mostly be

1) B - SAP User like the user id

2) U - Internet Address.

During Execution time select data from the Z table and trigger the mails to thos maintained in the Z table.
