We have successfully configured the ADS services for Java Web dynpro application. When we tried to open one of the web dynpro iview to trigger the pdf form, we get a white screen. It does not do anything.
Any helps is greatly appreciated,

Hi David,
Seems that the forms that you are trying to open are ActiveX forms and hence you need to install ACF(Active Component Framewok) on the client machine from where you are accessing the form.
If its allready installed then you may try uninstalling the Adobe Reader and reinstalling it.
Hope this helps!!
Cheers,
Arafat

Hello Arafat,
Thanks for a quick response. I have installed the ACF control, but the problem still exist. It take about 4 minutes to open up the pdf form, and the pdf form does not display the paginating properly.
For example: we has 7 pages all together, so it should shows 1 of 7, instead it's displaying 1 of 1.
Any helps is greatly appreciated,

Hi David,
If you are trying a dynamic form, themn check if data is coming properly for generating the additional pages. If everything is fine the you can try uninstalling the Adobe Reader & ACF and install it in the below sequence and then try:
1. Install Adobe Reader 7.0 or 8.1.2 (Not 8.0 since there are known bugs)
2. Install the ACF control
Hope this helps!!
Cheers,
Arafat
