Page Protection in smartform

Former Member

In smartforms, I have one table and two templates in a folder. The folder is printed after the line items. I want all the values in the folder to be printed in the same page.

The folder page protection option greys out when a template or a table is inserted into it.

Your anwers would be very helpful and appreciated.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your response. I have found a solution.

I have set the minimum height for the folder. This serves my purpose.

U can have a page protection on a folder having a table and templates thats the reason its greyed out, if u want all data to be printed on same page and u are sure that ur data is not going to exceed one page use template instead of table, ie u 'll have 3 templates.

Hi,

template is static in nature. so there will not be any protect and endprotect involved. As soon as your table gets printed, template will print automatically.

Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.

Hi Vijay,

You have misunderstood my requirement. Let me explain it again.

  • All the contents of the folder should be printed in one page.

  • The folder contains - One table and Two templates.

  • Page protection for a folder having table or a template is greyed out.

Is there any option "page protect" the folder contents?
