Installation problem

hi all,

For installing .Net PDK, i had installed visual studio .Net 2003 in client machine and i had installed Add-in in client machine..,During the installation of Portal runtime in server i got an error sayng(Requires .Net Framework),is it a must one to install Visual Studio in Server machine..??

Hi,

the PDK's .NET runtime only requires the MS .NET framework, not Visual Studio. Depending on the OS and it's SP it might or might not be already installed. Anyway, you can download it from MSDN, for free.
