icss set up n configuration
hi crm gurus,
i am new to icss and we have the requirement for our client to set up icss.
According to my understanding icss is completely based on internet.Our client alredy using ecommerce tool now my doubt is if a customer want to raise complaint do we need top create a separate URL to
what are the configurations n customizations r required to set up an icss?
if any one of you have document please share that will be great help for me.
