Logon failed

What has happened?

Call of URL http://<I removed the server name and port here

>/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/graphic/solmangraphic. htm terminated due to

error in logon data.

Note

Logon performed in system PSM.

Logon performed for client 000,language EN.

What can I do?

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error Code: ICF-LE-http-c:010-l:E-T:-C:1-U:1-P:1-L:1

Hi all,

I was facing the same error due to modified client for my SAP Solution Manager. So in case you have changed your client, you shoud check "External Aliases" in SICF. /sap/bc/contentserver had client XXX, then if you change your productive client this setting still remains there, so you have to change to the new YYY client.

That's strange that for the "Logon performed for client 000".

Could you check via SICF for the tree of sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/graphic/solmangraphic? I think there should be logon setup in certain level of this tree.
