Error when creating track-com.sap.cms.util.exception.CMSUnexpectedException

Hello All,

I am trying to create a track on NWDI (NW7 SP17). When saving the track get the below exception. I have verified Dtr and CBS urls and they look good. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Caused by: com.sap.cms.util.exception.CMSUnexpectedException: com/sap/tc/cbs/client/CBSFactory.getBuildServer(Lcom/sap/dtr/client/lib/protocol/IConnectionTemplate;)Lcom/sap/tc/cbs/client/IBuildServer;
