Hi,

when i run STAD for dates before 05.04.2009, it doesn't show any log(ie. Data)

its showing data for dates 06.04.2009,07.04.2009,08.04.2009

STAD picks up the data from files located in data directory and not from the database (e.g. C:\usr\sap\DEV\DVEBMGS00\data). Please check the files are present for that duration in this directory.

Yes, STAD as default do not keep more than 2 days fo data.

ST03N will give you statistics for last months, this is the best option for you.
