HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

Hi All,

Im getting the HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error when i call the ITS . The same link works fine

when i use the link in English Language (Language Preference on IE Option ) but when i select

the language preference as Japanese it does not work. This link was working before and not sure

what would have caused it not to work. when i check in SM21 i get the following error

HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout .

has any one seen this behaviour.

Hello Vibhor,

Could you please go to ST11 and check to see if there is any messages in the workprocess traces or the ICF trace when issue is reproduced? If so, please post.
