Dump while clicking detail button in Monitor SC

Hi All,

I have an issue for couple of SC.In monitor shopping cart while clicking detail button it throws dump stating inform system admin.When i click the drop down arrow in monitor shopping cart it shows an error message System error check_item_status in LBBP_MON_SC51.

Could anyone have ever come across this sort of issue,please advice me how to resolve this issue.

Did you check the runtime error details in ST22? This could help understand the cause.

I have already check that note and more than that we dont have such integration.
