What is the prerequisite of SC items occurs on the sourcing cockpit

Hi Experts,

I created a fullbuyer Shopping Cart without vendor, in buyer's sourcing cockpit I can not search this shopping cart.

Organization Plan is ok, purchasing group and purchasing org. have assigned to organization unit.

purchasing group responsibility has assigned.

Question is how can I make the Shopping Cart items appear on the sourcing cockpit. What is the prerequisite. What config need for this.

Hi Jock Chen,

Please check the following settings in the SPRO:

SPRO > IMG > SRM > SRM Server > Sourcing > Define sourcing for product categories

Check whether "sourcing always carried out" was maintained. If " Sourcing never carried out" is maintained then it would result in direct creation of PO and the SC wont appear in sourcing cockpit.

I don't think there is any settings more...

define the souring for product category as mentioned by above..

Create SC with the perticulat product category check the SC available in sourcing or not.

Hi,

you need to check, that this SC (product category) is sourcing relevant or not.

SPRO:

- Supplier Relationship Management

- SRM Server

- Sourcing

- Define Sourcing for Product Categories
