External Service Desk Integration - Value Mapping

Hi All,

We have integrated Solution Manager Service Desk with our external service desk.

Since we cannot have all the SAP components maintained in the external service desk, we tried value mapping in Solution Manager.

We are able to do mapping for the Interface parameters IctHead and IctAttachments. But the mapping for the parameter IctAdditionalInfos is not working.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue?
