limit user view on specific sold-to party ticket in crm_dno_monitor

hi expert,

now we have two team, one is team A and team B.

In solution manager service desk, both team will create ticket inside same system.

Is there any possible to configure as team A able to display only sold-to party A ticket in crm_dno_monitor and team B not allow to display on ticket create by team A.

Is there i can configure on sold-to party (business partner) on Authorization Group in control tab?

or i can configure base on SU01, user id to put in limitation and authorization view on specific sold-to party ticket?

please advice.

hi Mahantesh Patil,

isn't the customer able to change the variant although they are limit to one variant?

and team A is run the crm_dno_monitor (transaction monitor) in solution manager work center URL.

I see got get variant and assign business partner in the screen.

Then team A still will be able to view on team B ticket?

please advice.

Hi,

You create a vriant for the report CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR and in this variant add business partner = A and create a transaction with this variant and provide it to users of team A or authorize to user of team A only.. Do same for the team B.
