GENIL Object for Identification Number in BP

Hi experts,

I am currently on CRM 5.0

I have a requirement on display the Identification Number from BP transaction to view BuPaMoreCustomerView on ICWC. Need to display the list of card number belong to the customer.

When I try to add new context node into the view, I face difficulties in justify the correct root/dependant object for the identification number. Anyone does this before?

i found this thread regarding to the object....

it is telling that field "identification type" in a view. This field is existing as a attribute of "BuilIdNumber" object. However, I cant find the BOL object as well...

Does it mean i need to do cuztomization on the object model for Business Partner??? Any guide on this, I have read thru.. but not sure where to start.. and if it is correct path..
