Using the Central Management Concole in Business Objects Enterprise XI SP2, how do I suppress the distrubution of a "blank" crystal report XI ?
I can build alerts that are e-mailed out but how do I include/exclude attaching the report with the appropriate alert?
E-mail message: The report is blank and therefore not attached.
vs. Please review report immediately. Report xys.pdf is attached.
Include if 'not blank' and exclude if "blank".
We distribute reports on a schedule and often, the report is blank.

Hi,
This is possible with BOE XI 3.x by using the new "Publishing" functionality. You can setup a delivery rule that will not deliver a report to a recipient if the report contains no data.
