Variant Configuration With Projects

Dear All,

Can you guide me how to customize Variant Configuration With Projects.

I have some materials in different sizes and variants so i cant use the material directly in my project.I need to change the size while attaching the material to the network activity.

You can check PP / MM forum as well. Variant configuration is part of central function. As i believe you are talking abt Materail vairnat configuration not std. network.

Let me tell you normal setttings MM01 for the material classification tab should be activated.

Create conguration profile that material Cu41, Before it create CT04 - Characteristics,CL02 - Classes dependancy Cu01/Cu21 ,

I mean to say all the settings needed to be done in VC not in PS. When you assign material to activity at that time based on your settings it will trigger charateistic value assignment screen in Porject builder.
