Sales Order mail in Sales Order/Partner

Hello,

I would like to send to the sale representative a message type from the sale order.

I created a sale reprensentative via the VPE1 and wrote the email adress and selected the communication strategy 0010 email.

I also add the sales representatives in the viewpartner roles for my customer.

In the sales order I can select my sales employees in the hearder partner view, I selected my employee via the partner and get his name.

When I open the doc. adress for the sales employee, I can not see the email adress. The system does not get the information from the sales representative (view communication)

When I write a mail adress and send the message, it works.

How can I get automaticly his email adress ?

hi Pierre,

i have two solutions for you

1. Own enployee ( in ower system - don't know, if this is available everywhere )

In PA20 in infotype 105, there is the Username of the employe.

in su01 there ist the E-Mail-Adress of the User.

in the printing program, i get these informations with some function - calls.

advantage : if the employe is not any more in the company, his mane and E-mail asdess will not be found with this program.

disadvantage : you need a user-Name ( and probabely a sap-licence ).

2. Contact-person in vd03

create your company in vd01 and add contact - persons in this company.

here you can store a e-mail adress.

take this contact-person as a role in the partner-view.

while entering the contact-person-number of your company in an order / va02 of an other company, there is a warning, but it works.

i have both versions in work at my company.
