Hi Jock,

In classic scenario, we can use inforecord as a source of supply.

infor record is a mm business object.

bring inforecord into srm mdm and refer them in catalog

Hi,

In SRM there is no info record functionality .

If you are using classic scenario. when you are creating Shopping cart, for that product inforecord / contract exist in R/3 then the info record will display in souce of supply.

In Extended classic scenario it is not possible to see inforecored as a source of supply window.

In SRM sourcing occures in the request based on

Vendor list ( similar to source list in backend ),

contracts ( for productcat /product ),

procuct linkage - can created in SRM for specific product and vendor in COMMPR01

And in classic scenario during the Shopping Cart creation, we can use backend info record from souce of supply tab of the Shopping Cart creation screen.

Is this correct?

Another question is, what config need for the backend info record occurs in the souce of supply tab of Shopping Cart creation screen.

not required any specific configuration.it is sap standard.it must be in classic scenario
