Hi friends,
In RWB when i select End-to-End Monitoring, It is asking for user id and password.
I had tried with PISUPER,J2EE_ADMIN,PIRWBUSER but still not able to go in that, its gives following error:
Logon failed
What has happened?
Call of URL http://s**-sap***:8***sap/bc/bsp/sap/spi_monitor/monitor.do terminated due to error in logon data.
Note
Logon performed in system S**.
Logon performed for client 001 and language EN.
What can I do?
Check the validity of your SSO ticket for this system.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.
HTTP 401 - Unauthorized

Try with your own user id and password which you use to log in to XI.

the roles reqired to access the RWB are:
1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER
2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
Incase you are not able to acess after adding these role, try below ones also,

SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER
SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC
SAP_BC_ALM_ADMIN
SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER
SAP_BC_ALM_CUST

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR
SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR
SAP_SLD_ORGANIZER

For end to end monitoring, PIRWBUSER authorization is enough. If you are using that then there must be some other configuration related issue. As a prerequisite, an HTTP services for PMI has to be activated in transaction SICF.

Hi,
HTTP 401
o User XIISUSER/PIISUSER uses a wrong password.
o Check the exchange profile and transaction SU01; reset the
password.
o Restart the J2EE Engine to activate changes in the
exchange profile.
o Delete the Adapter Engine cache in transaction SXI_CACHE
Goto ->Cache.
o Restart the message.
