WIS 30270 error - 'retrieveListOfValuesEX'

For several of my objects on the universe I'm beginning to receive the error

"An internal error occurred while calling the 'retreiveListOfValuesEx' API. (Error: WIS 30270)"

when trying to select Values from a List on a query filter in Web Intelligence (BOXI R2).

The List of Values of the objects on the universe looks fine in designer. The code parses and the universe exports.

Any ideas?

Hi

Please try the below:

- On the server navigate to <Business Objects Installation directory>\Business Objects\Enterprise 11.5\Data\<servername>\<servername.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer>\UniverseCache.

- Delete the content of 'UniverseCache' folder.

- Navigate to <Business Objects Installation directory>\Business Objects\Enterprise 11.5\Data\<servername>\storage\docs.

- Delete the content of 'docs' folder.

- Log into Designer.

- Import the universe.

- Save the universe.

-Export to Repository.

-Log into Infoview.

-Open the report. Click on 'Refresh Data'.

This fixed 95% of the objects having the error. There appears to be one object where I'm still getting this error.
