Service Quotation

Dear all,

I need generate the Service Quotation to My customer....

Business process like:

I'll take the Goods to Plant

I'll do Expect the Charge

Now,I need to Generate the Quotation to Customer.

i quotation i need to Take Planned cost......

in My Final Service Quotation.....what ever the Balance i need to do,Through Debit /Credit Memo.

Dear Fnds,

When iam trying to create Quotation iam getting this Error.

"Create quotation for order" is not allowed (ORD 40000105 )

Message no. BS002

Diagnosis

The transaction 'Create quotation for order' is not allowed for ORD

40000105, because no status is set to permit it.

System Response

You cannot carry out the transaction 'Create quotation for order'.

Procedure

You can carry out this transaction if you set a user status, which

permits 'Create quotation for order'.

Hi venky

I am not sure abt the issue.. but i am following a status in the order. Might be that is the problem

TCODE : VA02

Enter the order -

Goto - Header - Status

Click Object Status... Check u have maintained any status... if that so.. change the status

Here, we follow status for order like Hold and Release... If it is in Hold u cannot do DP90... so change the status to release then we can do DP90

Here i created Directly Sm02 ....and W.r.to that i was trying to create DP80...

What could be the Problem.

and one more question is ...how can i create the User status ,i was tried but cant able to create.

Hi

According to the error message, it was telling the problem in the user status...

So check it out..

TCODE : SE91... enter BS and 002 check wat message it was maintained... it will show the particular error

For user status... u can create in many places in SPRO

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

Basic Settings

Define User Status

Maintain it

In the Order, Click the blue i icon (System Status) and assign the status u have created there...

Actually tried to maintain the User Status ..here i need to maintain Service notification Created .Service order created ...Quotation Created & Accepted...

Where can i take all this..

Hey, You have problem with Message no. BS002 I think probably in service order had status "realase". If you want create quotation i must first :

1. Create service order type SM02 (don`t realase - green flag)

2. Create quotation

When customer accept you offert your next step is realase when you have sales order

User status is not problem why you dont create quotation.

If you have released the Service Order, Quotation cannot be created. You can create quotation in DP80 only when the Service Order is not released.

Hi,

Use T-code DP90 for quotation and do the customization settings in T-code ODP1
