Hi Diego,

This is for the external staff process.

This transaction allows the user to create a RFQ (Request For Quotation).

You can customize what document can be created from the suppliers bids (PO and/or Contract) in the Transaction type customizing point (Transaction types RFPP and RFPS for object BUS2200).

Regards.

Hi Yann / Vadim,

Hi Diego,

This is e RFP where you send a notification to the supplier to have more information on a service.

As a supplier, the bidding engine notifies you that you have received a request.

The supplier then creates a bid.

So i guess it is totally included in the bidding engine pricing...

This is designed for services. However, maybe you can use it to procure items instead of services...

Kind regards,

Yann

Diego,

You don't have to get the Bidding engine licences to "check" its functionnality: everything is in the system

Hi Diego,

Maybe it is for requesting external staff (service procurement) ?

Kind regards,
