Making the delivery quantity 0

Hi Gurus,

We have a delivery that has not been delivered. It has been picked, G.I. and invoiced.

The invoice and G.I. have been reversed but the picking can not be undone (as far as I know since the transfer order is already confirmed & the HU assigned).

We want to set the quantity of the delivery to 0 so it wont appear in the VL06P and VL06G. We don't want to delete the delivery to keep the document flow intact.

How do we do this?

hi Bhaskar,

in the delivery order - status overview tab - the packing status is blank.

when i am doing LT0G with movement type 602, i am getting the same error !!!

what shall i do ?

Hi,

Are you able to see Handling units in the delivey packing screen.

Let me know if it still exists

Thanks for the reply. I referred to the OSS note 436644 & followed the steps.

Now, I have the delivery order with the delivery quantity 0 & also the pick quantity 0.

This solves my problem regarding making the delivery quantity 0.

But still one issue - the delivery order still appears in the monitor VL06G. how do i avoid this? (since I no longer want to deliver the goods)

Hi,

once the Picking quantity is zero, No packing exists and also no delivery quantity exists, Then you can go ahead and then delete the item by clicking on the Red line icon at the bottom of the material.

Then you can also delete the delivery by clicking on the trash button.

What exactly was in the SAP note.

i have deleted the HU in the delivery order.

now, when executing tcode LT0G, i am getting the same error message.

Hi,

Can you check the Packing Status in the deliver overview screen, even now if it is C then HU are not deleted completly.

I have completed the full cycle in my system and it is working fine.

I have executed VF11 to cancel the invoice & VL09 to reverse the material document.

Now, when i execute the tcode LT0G, i get a error - 'Function not yet supported for TOs for HUs'

Pls let me know.

Hi,

Delete those HU in the delivery by executing VL02n and then go to the Packing screen and select the HU and click on trash button to delete them

Then execute LT0g

Hi,

Execute VF11 to reverse the billing document.

Execute VL09 to reverse the goods isssue. a material document will be generated.

Execute LT0G to reverset the TO

Now you can go to the delivery and then delete the item
