Jurisdiction Code in Travel Expense

Hi All,

I need to retrieve jurisdiction code for a perticular receipt of a travel expense. But I donot know the Key by which I can retrieve the jurisdiction code from cluster table PCL1.

If anybody has the program or the key for Jurisdiction code retrival, plesae provide me so that I can fetch the same from cluster table PCL1.
