Dear All,
I have a requirement wherein when user creates any sales order for n no. of line items, then the higher authority until approves the sales order line item wise, further process ie delivery does not take place.
pls suggest
Nikhil
Hi Nikhil,
Create a user profile and assign at item level. In the first stage sales doc will be blocked . then in the second stage some one who has the authorization will release every item , then you can create a subsequesnt doc .
I hope this will help you.
Thanks,
Ashok S

Hi
You can try authorization profiles with BS02 Status Profile in sales documents
Use IMG-Sales and distribution-Sales-Sales documents-Define and assign status profile
Go through this IMG path to do configuration settings for status profile
IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales ->Sales documents>Define and assign status profile
-->Define status profiles
-->Assign order types / status profiles(Assign status profile to your Quotation detail screen in Status profile field under Transaction flow tab)
Maintain authorization key (authorization code) in status profile.(Take help of BASIS people)
-->Go to Role T. code PFCG. Enter role and click on change button. Go to Authorizations tab.
Click on authorization data .
-->Expand the Cross-application Authorization Objects tree. Expand Status Management:
Set/Delete User Status using Transaction.
Click on Authorization key button, assign Authorization key.
Click on status profile. Assign status profile.

Hi,
Put the delivery block (VBEP-LIFSP) at the order creation and allow only the authority user to unblock them.
Hope this helps

Hi,
Pls maintain the delivery block at the item wise in the schedule lines.
So that the authorised persons only can release the reder items for delivery by removing the block.

Krishna.
