Hi,

there are some tutorials for web services in section eLearning - ABAP. It's not really hard to create a web service. Just have a look at tutorials and I am pretty sure that you will find it easy.

If you know ABAP quite well, you can just browse thru and see some How To or Blog which discuss ABAP web service.
