How to see archieved documents

Hi

My user has deleted a sales order . But he wanted to see it now for some purpose .

How may I see the deleted or archived documents in SAP pls .

There is one table CDHDR in which you can find the deleted order

1.has deleted documents been archived or only old finacial year documents been archieved ?

2.CDHDR: change document header : CDHDR table contains only changed documents Or does it contain even deleted documents also ?

Hi Jaya,

To find out the list of Deleted Sales Orders, you can try the following steps:

Go to >SE16> CDHDR and fill the following fields:

Change doc. object : VERKBELEG

Name: Give the list of user ids (created by/deleted by)

Date: Give the period from and to

Transaction: VA02

Appl. Obj: Change : U

Down load the list in Excel (need to check the digits i.e, if sales order is 8 digits, preceed it with two zeros)

Take that list:

Go to SE16-->CDPOS

Change Doc. Object: VERKBELEG

Object Value: Select the sales orders with 10 digits (based on the requirement)--> paste

Table name: VBAK

Change ID: D (deleted)

Execute

You would get the list of deleted slaes orders.

Hi,

You can see this archived sales order from transaction ALO1 or

In SARA transaction you can find the read option or

In SARI transaction by selecting archiving object as SD_VBAK and infostructure from the selection option you can display the archived sales order.

Hi Jaya,

To display archived documents in the original display transaction all you need is an archive information structure that is active and filled with the necessary key fields. You need an infostructure with additional fields only if you select documents via the Archive Information System.

If Archiving is done then talk to the concerned person and ask him for Activating info structure,

Then u can see the doc by VA03 itself.

Hello Friend,

I dont think you can see a deleted sales order in Archieved.Only for Archieved documents you can see in T.code SARA (Archive Administration).
