Employee wise posting detail

Hi,

I need to fetch the employee wise posting detail(including posted wage types and amounts).I was able to get the data from ppoix.But for previous payroll result(retro) i need to check ppopx table.Do anybody know how these two table are related?

Hi Thyagu ,

U can get the posting results employee wise details and posted wage types using a standard Program....

Go To Transaction Code " SA38"

Give the program as : -

" RPCIP_DOCUMENT_ANALYSE "

Give the Posted Document.

Check Select details with Pers. NO

Check and revert

User won't be able to give runid or doc num as input,they know only about payroll area n period,is there any way we can do it?.I also need employee name and G/L text in output, can i add additional fields in it?

For giving Payroll Area has selection.

Select tab " Selection of Run attributes"

u can give payroll area here. and In period here

and also since the posting date would be fixed ....u can use that field also....

GL Account u can get..........i am not sure about the text.........

The fields are the same that you are getting in the layout.....u can select all the fields for display....

Using tab " Selection for Account assignment "

u can again filter the data....

I am abe to run the report if number of employees is less.When i run for the whole payroll area it just gets timed out.Is it due to number of entries in ppoix table or any other thing?

I am just giving runid as input.

I think u can check this out with Basis and Abap consultants.....they might be able to help you out.....

Hi,

With the DB table also we can get the each employee wise posting details PPOIX, PPOPX, with wage type, symbolic accounts, balances etc..,.

Otherwise we need to post the payroll results each employee wise.

Payroll Journal -RPCLJNU0 -S_ALR_87014259

Wage Type Reporter -H99CWTR0 -S_PH9_46000172

Use the above reports also.
