How can I modify the text content of the Auction mail notification that is sent to the Vendor?

Thank you Daniel for the useful info, i was able to go there and check the e-mail text content. However, i was not able to change the URL and still shows the following:

Would you please advice from where the URL is called in the e-mail content?

hello

check the transaction SMARTFORMS

choose BBP_OUTPUT_COVER

then search for the node TE_PUBLISHING_P05

see the note 1035455 as well.

the text objects, which are sent as the reference of the e-mail texts

Hi,

Is it a standard workflow you are workign on?

If yes, then I think you need to a make a copy of the workflow and make changes in the custom workflow according to your requirement.

Else, if it is a custom workflow, just edit the 'Send Mail' step to modify the mail text as per your need.
