load balancing

We are having R3 4.7 system with 3 application server.

We want to do log on load balancing. If we create only one log on group, will it distribute the load for all system? (servers)

or shall we create N number of groups for each server?

Please clear me how the log on groups ( load balance) works?

You need to create 1 logon group per system...
