How to schedule the background jobs in KOK5 ( Internal order)

Hi All

Huge volume of data in KOK5 (internal order) for that we are planning to schedule the jobs in background mode, please advice how to schedule the background jobs in KOK5.

Hi All

KOK6 for ( Mass printing for Internal orders).

To schedule the background jobs to list out the all the internal orders.

anyother transaction code is used to find out the list of all internal orders( Except KOK5,KOK6 ),

Now why I am getting this error

SX_GENERATE_NDR Gannot process message in SAP System

User is unable to receive the lotus notes mail from SAP. We have checked the SCOT for SMTP connection. There is no issue with SMTP connection but the same user was able to receive the external mail from different distribution list.
