Gurus,

I have the printing (Alignment) problem in my system, I print the same report & use my id in another system its ok but my system can't print correctly they same alighnment problem occur. I print FBL1N the print view is ok but in printing have this problem.

Pls advice how to rectify, it is in system side or user id side.

Hi

All problem like this are usually a driver problem.

Check both system ( pc) having same printer and driver.

There is no problem in sap. This may be the local printer setting problem

pls check the below options

Check the printer driver (reinstall printer driver this is last option)

If more then one printer is configured in your system then check the default printer and set default printer as which is working fine from other system

Check the local printer device setting (reconfigure the printer this is last option)

From sap

If you are having more then one output device then compare output device with other user (from spool control-su01)

Then Clear your spool buffer and then try

Dear Roylaa,

As the prints are coming fine with your ID in some other system but not in your system, it could be an issue with your system print settings.

Getting the help of any IT support team member in your office and checking it out should resolve your issue.
