Hi All,
I want to create a process chains which are similar to the existing process chains. Is there any option of copying existing process chain to the new one and make necessary changes. Your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Chandana.
Chandana,
You can copy process chains. Do the following:
1). Access Tx rspc
2). Select and double click on chain yopu wish to copy
3). Click on "Process Chains" in the menu bar on the top left corner of your screen.
4). From the drop down select copy
5). System will prompt you for a new process chain name and description. Give a different anme and description.
6). Make the changes in the new oprocess chain -> save -> activate
Only thing I would advise you to be careful about is to ensure that you do not cahnge the varioants used...This is because both the process chains will be using/referring a common set of variants.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Abhi
