Visual Composer CE EHP1 Timer

Hi all,

I've done a test using Web Dynpro Component integration with Visual Composer CE EHP1.

My component contains:

A View with a TimerTrigger component that fire a Event on 5 seconds. On Visual Composer I'm using this Web Dynpro Component, if the the output is HTML the trigger works as expected, but if i select Flex output the component doesn't work. Does anybody knows if it is a BUG on generation of Flex, or a limitation?

I have no access to rampup so, I can't to open a request for it.

As Flex have a Timer structure I think it could be works.

Hi

Just try to know that whether flex support the rendering mechanism in this or not .As per my understanding it is not supported because we get some magic behavior in this browser .Detailed discussion are there in forum for different browser just try to find it.

Hi,

if it was working with HTML then it should work with Flex also otherwise it will be a Bug with Flex Runtime.

I agree. I'll mantain this open, maybe someone that have access to rampup or SAP employee can help on it.
