Connection Problem

I have just started to use Crystal Reports thanks to the trial version and have hit a problem with connections. Whenever I try to 'Preview and Print' a report created in Business One, Crystal Reports opens and tells me that it has "Failed to open the connection" twice on consecutive lines. Could anybody help me resolve this issue?

Have you installed Crystal Reports Integration for SAP Business One.
