IS_RETAIL How to switch on

Hi There,

I have perused the SAP guides in installation and upgrade, but am confused. We have a vanilla ECC6.0 system and I would like to activate IS_RETAIL scenarios. Our Dev team thinks there are some change/activation programs to run to change objects and unlock functionality but I am struggling to find any info on how or what to do, please can someone help?

Hi,

To activate IS retail in ur ECC 6.0 u have to activate ISR_RETAIL-business function set.

or else Activate Global Switch in Switch Framework .Switch for IS retail is ISR_RETAILSWITCH.

Logic is u have got Business function set.Business function set contains business function and business function contains switch framework.

If u want to activate IS retail functionality in existing system u can map the switch to business function and activate the switch.

U can use t.code SFW1 and SFW5 to activate.
