Hi Correpondance Request Delete F.63

Dear All,

My client not yet delected correspondance request data till last 6 yeras in SAP. In the same cause system will very slow while doing the FBRA transaction code. So please suggest is it any problem occur if delete the same data in the table through F.63 ? Please correct if i am wrong.

What F.63 do will do is, in case if somebody has requested the correspondence through FB12 and does not executed through F.61 it still remains as a request.

You can delete them by using F.63. However, these again will not be available for spooling through F.61

I do not think these are nothing to do with FBRA transaction code. Unless you made thousands of requests and not printed.

Anyway, I would suggest, you need to have a discussion with Basis Consultant to see in how many ways the performance can be improved, like space problem, deletion of old log etc.
