Can I delete vendor in the Shopping cart once it is approved?

Hi,

It possible to delete vendor in "Source of supply" once the shopping cart is appoved? The problem is that vendor is blocked in the Shopping cart and end-user doesn't want to create a new one.

Hi,

Yes you can change the vendor from the sourcing cockpit if the cart status is in Approved . Once the PO is created you cannot change the vendor but before any Follow on doc (PO ) is created you can change the vendor details from sourcing cockpit.

Yes, I can change the vendor in "Source of supply". But can not delete it.

you can see one thrash button at the right hand side of the vendor.

once approved ,follow on document will be created.but i am wondering how could you change the vendor in sc.

If follow on document created , then you can not.

wfl security badi hepls to change the cart during the approval time.
