Issue with Adapter Engine

Hi All,

Please find the issue below and provide me your valuable solutions.

Adapter Engine is displayed in RED, when checked through Runtime Workbench. And further try to monitor through Adapter monitoring (FILE and RFC adapters ) are displayed in Red.

Your inputs expected.

Hi Shiva,

The Red status means that : Channel is started but errors have occurred.

In your case the communication channels you are looking for is having errors of one or other knid, which you can find by choosing your commnication channel and clicking on error message. It will display an audit log for the same.

In case you want to make the status Green/Yellow(Inactive) then either you have to correct the errors OR make the status of channel inactive in Integration Builder, Save the changes and activate the change list it will show you Yellow status.

But, i don't think the red status is a showstopper.

Is this a New Installation? if yes you need to import xi content in the IR .
