Dear Expert,

We are transferring data from satellite system (PRD) to solman system. Both RFC from solman and PRD go well, however we can not send the data through SDCCN due to RFC error.

The error are as follows:

ping failed to SM_SLMCLNT600_BACK

Error when opening an RFC connection

data transfer aborted: error in destination SM_SLMCLNT600_BACK

Error transferring session data to SM_SLMCLNT600_BACK

Session rescheduled 6000000000638 0000000756 EWALERT SolMan for 20090407130000 ( attempt 0001 )

Please give advice asap.

Thanks and Regards,

Rudi

On the satellite, in SM59, does the RFC pass both the connection test and the authorization test (under Utilities > Test > Authorization Test).

Hi Sean,

Both test connection are going well from satellite system, however i tested on solman system for authorization test to satellite and it has an error: Error Details Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon).

Please advice.

Thanks in advance,

Rudi

Assuming the name and password are correct, that usually means the user is locked on system that is the target of the RFC (the satellite, in this case), often because of failed logon attempts.

On the other hand, an authorization error, is usually due to a missing value in S_RFCACL (which is NOT included in SAP_ALL).

Sean,

So what's the problem actually?

Hi Rudi

Please check the following

*The user ID in the Solman might be locked, please unlock it.

*Assigned the Authorisation object S_RFCACL for the user. It is to allow the user to access the trusted/trusting system.

Hi Nantha,

The user is free and the authorization is set already.
